项目概况(中文):

同普通表相比,智能电能表的功能和性能要求被大幅度提高,但伴随的是电能表的功耗也大幅度增加:单相表的功率从原来的0.5瓦左右增至1.5瓦以上,而三相表从原来的1瓦增至3瓦多;而具有无线通信功能的电能表还需数瓦的额外功率。这样一旦智能电能表在我国全面推广,仅电能表本身所需的额外电能功率便高达数百兆瓦,相当于数个大型发电厂所发的电量!因此减少电能表功耗,就是节能减排,就是支持环保
目前我国绝大多数电能表均采用工频变压器为基础的线性整流电源来给内部供电。这种电源成本低,但效率也非常低,通常只有30左右。开关电源技术运用功率半导体器件快速、高效地控制能量的转换,电能量转换效率可高达90以上,所以它是电能表电源的理想升级产品。开关电源技术已经在国外电能表中得到了比较广泛的应用,然而由于我国幅员辽阔,用电环境非常复杂,此项技术一直未能获得推广。

At present, most of our country's electric energy meter using frequency transformer based linear rectifier power supply to the internal power supply. This kind of power supply of low cost, but the efficiency is very low, usually only 30 or so. Switching power supply technology using power semiconductor devices for fast, efficient control of energy conversion, energy conversion efficiency can reach above 90, so it is the electric energy meter power ideal upgraded product. Switching power supply technology has been abroad in an electric energy meter is widely used, however as a result of our country with a vast territory, electricity environment is very complex, this technology has been unable to gain promotion.

问题和预期目标

1)长期可靠性:智能电能表需每天24小时、每年365天、10年不间断的可靠运行、准确计量和实时通信。因此它对电源的可靠性要求极高,远远超过了对一般的民用产品如电脑的可靠性要求。

)极强抗电磁干扰能力:电网高压负载开关切换或遭雷电袭击时可引发强烈的电磁干扰。以半导体器件为核心的开关电源必须要能有效抵御此类干扰,以确保智能电能表的准确计量。我国幅员辽阔,用电环境非常复杂,又有超高压传输等复杂应用环境,此问题变得更有挑战。

)抗谐波电流能力:电气化铁路和重工业设备经常向电网排放大量谐波干扰电流,可导致局部低压电网电压严重畸变。电能表电源必须要能有效抑制此类干扰、保持计量准确。

)成本具有竞争力:开关电源的成本必须不高于现有线性电源的成本
本项目计划在12个月内完成以开关电源为基础的、成本上有竞争力的、高效率的、高可靠性的、具有极强抗干扰能力的电能表电源的样机研发和调试。

问题和预期目标
(英文):

1 long-term reliability: intelligent electric energy meter for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, 10 years of uninterrupted reliable operation, accurate measurement and real time communication. So the reliability of power supply for high requirements, far more than the general civilian products such as computer reliability requirements.
2 strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability: HV load switch or by the lightning strike can be triggered when the strong electromagnetic interference. In the semiconductor device as the core of the switching power supply must be effective against such interference, in order to ensure the accurate measurement of intelligent electric energy meter. Our country with a vast territory, electricity environment is very complex, and ultra high voltage transmission and complex application environment, this problem is more of a challenge.
3 of harmonic current capacity: electrified railway and heavy industrial equipment to the power grid harmonic interference often emit large quantities of current, can lead to a local voltage distortion. Electric energy meter power must be able to effectively inhibit such interference, to maintain accurate measurement.
4 is cost competitive: switching power supply cost must be higher than the existing linear power supply cost
The project is planned to be completed within 12 months by switch power based, cost competitive, high efficiency, high reliability, strong anti interference ability of the electric energy meter power supply prototype development and debugging.
